Meet Our Clinical Team

Clinical Team

Natasha Davalt

Clinical Director

The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing the transformation that occurs when people begin to recognize their own resilience. Recovery is about so much more than overcoming challenges—it is about empowering individuals to believe in their capabilities, embrace their potential, and extend themselves the compassion and forgiveness they deserve.

I was drawn to Peak Mental Health because I wanted to be part of an organization that truly sees people—not as diagnoses or numbers, but as individuals with unique stories and unlimited potential. At Peak, every client is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. Our team is passionate about walking alongside each person on their journey toward lasting wellness, and I am proud to work alongside professionals who bring not only clinical expertise but also personal understanding. Many of us have been touched by mental health or addiction in our own lives, allowing us to connect with clients through empathy, authenticity, and hope.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in the criminal justice system, foster care, child and adolescent mental health, and with adults living with physical and intellectual disabilities. While each of these experiences has shaped my clinical perspective, my passion has always remained with serving adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Outside of my role as Executive Director, I am the proud mother of two amazing boys who keep life exciting with theater productions, hockey games, T-ball, and all the adventures that come with raising active children. When I find a little time for myself, I enjoy canvas painting, exploring historical sites and tours, and taking Zumba classes. I am also grateful to share life with my best friend—my husband. Together, we’ve built a blended family that has overcome its own challenges, experiences that have deepened my compassion and strengthened my ability to support others through theirs.

As someone who strives to balance a meaningful career, family life, personal growth, and my own healing journey, I deeply appreciate the courage it takes to prioritize recovery. I am continually inspired by the resilience of those we serve and consider it an honor to support individuals as they build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Christine Charles

Case Manager

As the Clinical Coordinator at Peak Mental Health, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for our clients. Having completed a program myself, I am especially proud to be part of a team that empowers others on their journey to recovery. I am passionate about helping clients succeed and strive to be a comforting and supportive presence as they take these important steps forward.

Outside of the work environment, I love to have fun! Attending concerts and sporting events are two of my favorite hobbies, as well as relaxing with my dog on my front porch. Two of my favorite sayings are “teamwork makes the dream work” and “work hard, play harder.” I love the company I work for and cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Amber Garcia

RN

Meet Amber Garcia, RN, a dedicated healthcare professional with 13 years of diverse nursing experience. Currently pursuing her master’s degree, Amber is on track to become an advanced practice nurse (APN), further expanding her ability to serve patients and communities.

Amber’s nursing journey has taken her through various challenging and rewarding settings. She has honed her skills in outpatient addiction and mental health nursing, bringing compassion and expertise to those struggling with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Her experience extends to prison nursing, where she provided care in high-stress environments, and to inpatient detox and residential settings, supporting patients through critical stages of recovery.

In addition to her work in addiction and mental health, Amber has valuable experience in dialysis and home care nursing, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to patient care across different healthcare settings. However, her true passion lies in dual diagnosis nursing, where she can address the complex connection between addiction and mental health.

As a mother of four, including a child with special needs, Amber has developed a unique perspective on patient advocacy. Her personal experiences have strengthened her ability to navigate healthcare systems and fight for the best outcomes for her patients, just as she does for her own family.

When she’s not working or studying, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her children and husband. She finds solace and joy in camping trips, swimming, beach trips, and simple moments shared with her loved ones. These activities not only provide a much-needed balance to her professional life but also rejuvenate her spirit, allowing her to bring renewed energy and compassion to her nursing practice.

Amber’s journey exemplifies the dedication and versatility of modern nursing professionals. Her commitment to furthering her education, coupled with her diverse experience and personal insights, positions her to continue making meaningful contributions to the field of addiction and mental health nursing as she progresses toward her goal of becoming an APN.

Daniesha Bradley

Primary Therapist

As a dedicated counselor with four years of experience and a background as a licensed associate counselor (LAC), I bring a unique blend of therapeutic techniques to support clients on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. My approach combines traditional counseling methods with holistic practices to address both the mind and body.

Outside of work, I have a personal quirk: I’m afraid of cats, which reminds me that we all have our own challenges and opportunities for growth. My goal is to create a supportive, empathetic environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Samantha Jardine

Primary Therapist

Samantha joined the Peak Mental Health team in June 2025. She is a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist with a master’s in social work from La Salle University in Philadelphia. She is passionate about supporting people of all backgrounds, with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families, and those navigating trauma and bereavement. Samantha has a deep commitment to creating a supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.

Before joining the Peak team, Samantha was with the Uplift Center for Grieving Children, where she supported children and their caregivers through the grief process. She also provided school-based mental health services in the public education setting, helping students and families navigate emotional, academic, and systemic challenges. These experiences have shaped her belief that everyone deserves someone who truly listens, and for her, being that person isn’t just meaningful; it is the work she feels she was always meant to do.

Now, as a primary therapist at Peak, Samantha offers therapy rooted in empathy, trauma-informed care, and the power of connection. She has an open-door policy, whether you need to process an ongoing life change, talk through something heavy, or just get something off your chest, she is someone clients can count on.

Outside of Peak, you’ll likely find Samantha connecting with family, diving into a good book, or watching lighthearted shows (a current favorite is The Big Bang Theory). Samantha brings an approachable energy to her work, making therapy feel a little less intimidating and a lot more human.

One of my favorite aspects of working in the recovery and mental health field is the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths and grow through the recovery process. Being able to witness individuals gain insight into themselves and build meaningful change in their lives is incredibly rewarding and is what continues to inspire my work every day.

I was originally drawn to Clear Direction and Peak because of the team-like atmosphere, which translates directly into the treatment experience. Recovery here is approached collaboratively, allowing clients to feel supported while also empowering them to actively engage in their own healing process.

I work as a therapist, where I support clients in navigating both mental health and substance use challenges. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe exploring the underlying issues that contribute to their struggles while developing the tools needed for lasting recovery.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature and experiencing the changing seasons—whether that means relaxing on the beach in the summer or spending time in the mountains during the winter.

One of my favorite aspects of working here is the friendly, collaborative environment among both staff and clients. That sense of teamwork helps create a supportive community where meaningful recovery can truly take place.

People need people, love is love, and you are never alone in your thoughts. Our clinical and administrative staff work to invest in your present self and your future self, and we are here to support you! I am an Arizona native and have gained clinical experience in a community health facility, where I primarily worked with clients experiencing chronic pain. I have also worked as an instructor at the University of Arizona, teaching Anatomy and Physiology. I believe in the mind-body-soul connection and that, when we listen gently to ourselves, our body, mind, and soul can communicate what hurts and where we need love and care.

When I am not in the clinic, I love spending time with my community, hanging out with my dog, walking outside, and watching movies. I look forward to meeting you!
